Chairman
En. Aziz is a graduate in Law from University of Essex, England. He started his Loss Adjusting career in 1981 with Richard Brook International Loss Adjusters where he received extensive training and development in the handling of both property and accident claims relating to domestic, commercial and industrial risks. As Chairman, En. Aziz is responsible for managing the organization and developing new business.

Dato’ Veloo commenced his career with an Insurance company in 1982 where he handled various motor related claims , among other include bodily injury and property / Own damage damage claims. In 1998 he joined a local Insurance company as a Claims Executive and was subsequently promoted to Branch Manager. He was appointed as a Managing Director in AA since 1995 and has spearheaded the development of this company since then.
In this capacity, he has brought about numerous changes enhancing business activity by building up the infrastructure to excel further and also manage human resource development while maintaining excellent rapport with clients . He works closely with the Board of Directors and the management to form a resilient team to meet challenges and targets ahead .

Executive Director
Mr. Ravi has extensive adjusting experience having worked in three different companies between 1977 and 1995. He has excellent knowledge in handing motor / BI / TPBI claims. He joined AA in 1996 and together with En. Aziz and Mr. Veloo, they form the backbone of the organization. As Executive Director, Mr. Ravi is responsible for client servicing and account portfolio management.

Associate Director
En.Ariff is a A.C.I.I holder joined AA in 2008 after over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry. His last position /posting was a General Manager at Uni. Asia General Insurance Bhd. He is also a Malaysian Insurance Institute lecturer and examiner. He has dealt with highly specialized claims and losses within Malaysia.
He brings with him a track record of excellent claims handling procedures, technical know-how and client management practice. He has also excellent contacts with the local Insurers and Tafakul operators. En.Ariff oversees overall operation of AA’s Non-Motor Team.

Mr Balan graduated from Stamford College and had experience working in the hospitality industry before joining an insurance company in 1989. He has been involved in insurance agency work before moving to an adjusting company in 1991. He joined AA as a Senior Loss Adjuster and was promoted to Branch Manager in 1999 taking charge of the northern region Kedah, Penang Perlis and has handled a wide spectrum of motor and non-motor losses.
He was later promoted to Senior Manager and now is a Director. With 30 years of experience in loss adjusting industry handling various types of claims and investigation works he is now in charge of branch operations nationwide and spearheading the northern region state’s of Penang, Kedah and Perlis.

Mr Jankins started his career after high school with motor conglomerate, Wearne Brothers from 1978 till 1982. In 1982 joined the banking industry in various departments spanning a period of 17 years till 1998. He joined the adjusting industry in 2001.
Having experience in adjusting companies commencing from June 2001 he joined AA in November 2009 as Head of TPBI. Currently he is the GM overseeing Bodily Injury, Theft, OD and Takaful Insurance at our Head Office.

Takaful & Fraud Detection Operation
En. Rizal Abbas starts his early education at the Royal Military College; he obtained his Bachelors Degree (Hons) In Economic Planning & Development before pursuing his Masters Degree in Management.
In terms of industrial experience, he has over 25 years of exposure in claims and investigation. His career in investigation starts in 1996 when he was involved in non-motor and marine investigation. Along the way, he develop his skills and knowledge as senior investigator and claims manager before he was promoted as Senior Manager heading Am General Insurance Bodily Injury Investigation Section.
Rizal Abbas expand his career in an international accounting audit firm as an investigative auditor (financial fraud) before he joined Associated Adjuster as the Head of Takaful & Fraud Investigation Department.

OD Department
Mr. Samuel has vast experience in the field of own damage loss adjusting having gained the training and knowledge from being engaged in a few local adjusting firms. In 1995,
Mr. Samuel joined AA and has since been tasked with the responsibility to oversee the Own Damage Department. He is responsible for the production targets, marketing for new business and the overall business performance of the Department.

En. Latheef commenced his career with an insurance company in 1990 where he dealt with Third Party Bodily Injury claims. In 1993 he joined another company where he handled both motor and non-motor claims processing and approvals. During this period, he gained extensive experience and attended various insurance courses (under writing, re-insurance and claims).
From 1995 onwards he joined a local adjusting firm where he was in charge of handling various claims. He joined AA in 2001 and was assigned as Assistant Branch Manager. In late 2004, Latheef was promoted to Branch Manager and currently deals with all claims in the southern region (Johor and West Pahang).

Mr. K. Chandrasekara (Anandh) holds a Bachelors of Laws degree with honours from University of London and commenced his career in the field of Loss Adjusting and completed his BCLA and ICLA in with MII. He was involved in handling motor claims, bodily injury claims and non-motor claims namely Fire, Consequently Loss, Burglary, Theft Loss etc.
He joined Associated Adjusters Sdn Bhd in 2002 and he was later appointed as the Branch Manager.

Mr Sivasangaran Ratnam, pursued his education in Ipoh and had completed his STPM. He furthered his education by completing Diploma In Business Management. His working carrier began in 1990 and was attachments to Finance establishments and industrial involving human resources, welfare, loans/credit and collection respectively spanning 4 years.
His involvement in the Loss Adjusting commenced in 1994 with several loss adjustment companies as an Adjuster/Investigator (Bodily Injury, Theft & ODI) and non-motor spanning 27 years.
In 2014, he joined Associated Adjusters Sdn Bhd., as a Senior Adjuster and has been promoted to Assistant Manager in 2018 and is based at Ipoh Branch Office.

Nik Mohd Hasli holds a Diploma In Investment Analysis (UiTM Segamat) and Bachelor In Business Administration (BBA) Universiti Tun Abdul Razak.
His career stated with an Insurance company in March 2004 as Claims Executive (Investigator) and attached with the Fraud department handling TPBI, Motor Theft, ODI and also PA claims. He has huge experiences handling fraud claims matter in East Coast and Northern area. He later joined an adjusters company in 2011 and again been assigned to handle east coast claims. Started working with AA from September 2019 and currently promoted to Assistant Manager for Kota Bharu Branch.

Mr Mohan holds a Diploma in Law and MBA, commenced a career in the field of loss adjusters with a local firm in 1993 and investigated various classes of motor insurance claims which have taken him to all corners of Peninsular Malaysia. Having acquired the experience and knowledge in handling motor claims.
He joins AA in 1999 as Manager and later assigned to oversee the operations of Kuantan and Kota Bharu office. He currently based at the Kuantan branch office, handling Motor and Non-Motor claims. He has over the years developed a sharp sense for detecting fraud and establishing evidence. Thus acquiring him an impressive track record of successfully investigating several huge claims that Insurers were able to repudiate liability.

Mr. Terlochan Singh has extensive adjusting experience having worked in three different companies in managerial level between 1988 and 2003.
He joined AA in 2003 based in the HQ and was versatile in the BI, Theft and OD cases. He was involved in the theft recovery of vehicles from overseas working closely with the local authorities when he was in West Malaysia. He was then appointed as branch manager for Kota Kinabalu Sabah and overseeing Kuching office Sarawak in 2009 and 2010 respectively.
He is currently managing East Malaysia branches and is also attending to a few major Brunei Insurers. He has knowledge in handling motor and non-motor claims. He is a leading a team of adjusters versatile in all classes.
