C. Non-Motor Claims Handling
The Fee scale for the non-motor survey / Investigation varies depending on the type of work / survey undertaken for a particular class of Insurance, but are generally competitive with the market rate.
Our Non-Motor Department service standards would include:-
• Immediate contact with Insured / Broker upon receipt of assignment
• Site attendance within six (6) hours of contact
• Issue Immediate Advice (IA) within 24 hours of site attendance
• Premilinary Report to follow within 14 days
• Regular updates / follow up to bring the case to early conclusion
